According to the excellent results obtained from the Medical Unit in Lacor Hopital, financed by Byelo Onlus, we also provided for the realization of a Malnutrician Unit for the Governmental Hospital, which serves mainly the people coming from the Eastern part of the region.
Whenever we stay for our mission at Gulu, we experience the excellent hospitality at the guesthouse of Lacor Hospital. One of our first projects in Uganda was the construction of the Intensive Care Unit of St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor. It is now, with its excellent equipment in the very forefront the pulsating and vital centre of the hospital.
The organization Wenk Barka Onlus built a Malnutrition Unit at Boussé. Byelo Onlus provided the unit with technical and medical equipment to have the unit start immediately to operate at a level of excellence.
